Sample Submission: You agree to provide all necessary information regarding samples submitted for analysis, including but not limited to safety data sheets (SDS) and storage requirements.

Results: Analytical results are provided for research and development or quality control purposes as specified. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and results.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
